I came across this interesting link to a site also fighting for CFS/CPS/HHS reform. I haven't had time to go through it all, but there is some good info on there. One link from this site that I found particularly interesting about how to fight back in your state. Seems like a lot of potentially very useful info!

Find some legal consultation
Find some legal consultation about this to get to the right track. If you believe on what your fighting for, have it in a legal way.

An Attorney's advice link
I'm not endorsing this attorney, but this page on his site has very clear guidelines on how to deal with HHS/CPS, especially early on.
Good Advice
I think this one has solid advice.
He mentions Chris Klicka. I have actually met Chris some years back at a home school conference. He was instrumental in defending and educating home schooled parents in dealing with CPS. Before home school was accepted, many families were getting accused. States used it as a way to get the kids back in public schools.
I don't know this attorney, but seems he knows Chris and I've heard Chris speak enough times that I can vouch for him and HSDLA. Toni
Another fight CPS link
This page is called How to Fight CPS and the site looks a little goofy, but there is still some really useful advice on here.
